it has been my pleasure to work as a colleague of Jessica's for many years at SHRM. I can attest that she is a productive and efficient director/manager, while also earning the respect of colleagues, peers, and supervisors. Her intellect enables her to organize extraordinarily complex tasks into smaller manageable parts. She works with a vision of the end in mind, and purposefully moves the staff in that direction. She led our summer intern program for several years and is especially good at connecting with a young, multicultural group. Her direct reports have enjoyed her mentoring style.

Jessica is both an outstanding program manager as well as the consummate team member. She has the ability to pull together a wide variety of requirements and resources and create an overall coherent plan. Her projects often wind up being delivered either ahead of schedule or under cost. She also is very well respected by the members of the team she works on. Her ability to work both up and down the organization as well as people from different cultures and functions is excellent.
