  Nel ruolo di CTO di AppNet, mi sono occupato della riorganizzazione dell’area tecnica (Sviluppo e Assistenza). Il reparto sviluppo è stato riorganizzato introducendo nuove risorse e strutturando formazione interna, le competenze sono state aggiornante alle ultime versioni della piattaforma Microsoft. L’introduzione di nuovi paradigmi di sviluppo è stato il fattore chiave verso la standardizzazione dei processi ed il miglioramento della qualità del software. Il risultato è stato un netto miglioramento della qualità del software che ha portato al raddoppio dei contratti da gennaio 2016 a gennaio 2018 e la riduzione dei bug segnalati di circa l’80%. Il reparto di assistenza è stato inoltre riorganizzato con l’introduzione di un responsabile di area e un software per la gestione strutturata dei ticket. La riorganizzazione ha portato ad un importante incremento di soddisfazione da parte dei clienti nonché ad una gestione tempestiva e risolutiva delle segnalazioni all’interno delle SLA. Ho coordinato e sviluppato in parte un prodotto interno finalizzato alla gestione integrata degli applicativi. Prodotto che ha permesso di ridurre il know how necessario a compiere operazioni di configurazione e manutenzione dei prodotti permettendo un risparmio consistente sia in termini di tempistiche sia di skill necessari (e quindi RAL).Aziendalmente, ho introdotto Office 365 e Sharepoint per la gestione documentale. Mi sono occupato inoltre delle certificazioni ISO27001 e ISO22310 dell’azienda. Attualmente mi stò occupando della razionalizzazione dei prodotti offerti ottimizzando i processi di comunicazione tra i software al fine di creare un modello di vendita flessibile. Stò inoltre strutturando una serie di servizi Cloud su piattaforma Microsoft Azure da integrare nelle nostre applicazioni.Sono responsabile dei progetti di Ricerca e Sviluppo dell'azienda. Show less
