- Plan, schedule and facilitate an IEP meeting annually with all stakeholders, as well as provide follow-up to teachers and parents as necessary. -Communicate a student’s eligibility, goals, and accommodations with all members of the student’s team (teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, service providers). -Collaborate with teachers, psychologists and counselors to create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). -Create modified or differentiated homework, classwork, and assessments when necessary. -Facilitate students’ mastery of academic standards through long-term planning, daily and weekly lesson plans, and execution of rigorous and engaging daily instruction.
