Recent engagements for me have included capacity building for PTSD Foundation of America and CSR market analysis for leading software provider Blackbaud. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a part of every company's brand and growth strategy. CSR is also an important fundraising channel for nonprofit organizations. And as part of the larger Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) software industry, CSR has become an invaluable service to corporate and nonprofit stakeholders. In short, this is a rapidly evolving market. We can help. Show less

I led a cross-functional team to produce market-leading financial reporting capabilities with our DAF management software - necessary for our donation processing services. We exited Good Done Great in 3Q 2017 via a successful acquisition by one of our leading competitors. During my CFO tenure, I led the financial and operational consolidation of two acquisitions. In 2015, as owner and CEO of AmeriGives, we struck up a partnership with Good Done Great that led to a successful merger. In 2017, we acquired competitor WPG Solutions. Show less

Key engagements included building a data warehouse for DoD to support data collection and KPI analysis for 150 Navy Medicine facilities around the globe. Show less
