Bio
Ebonie is a thinker, and doer, and all around great colleague. It was my pleasure to have Ebonie with us for almost two years as a graduate research assistant. She was also a student in my economic development studio class and works with me now as a volunteer in the American Planning Association's Economic Development Division. Ebonie has a stellar combination of hard analytical skills and a great talent for communication (written and verbal) that helps her connect research findings with an audience. As I look back on her time with us I'm struck by her ability to apply those talents to projects as diverse as local food systems, water recreation trails, unmanned aerial systems, and the restructuring of regional labor markets in Virginia's Coalfields. I look forward to more great work to come as her career develops at USDA-RD!
