      As a member of The Beers Team LLC, I am truly blessed to be a part of a family business. We are consistently in the top 25 out of over 500 agents at CBSHome in closed and pending sales. I am very active in the market as a listing and buyer's agent. We typically focus on assisting our friends and family in selling anfd buying residential single family homes, but we are also very experienced with investment property sales up to 6 unit rental buildings. We have also built a great network of mortgage lenders, escrow agents, appraisers, and other service contractors whom we have worked with and trust. Our goal is to build relationships with our clients for life by showing them how much we care and doing what we say we will do.

      As an assistant I learned the inner workings of the business. It was important for me to see that being a Realtor is more than showing and selling houses. It is a business and should be treated as such. The true challenge of being self-employed is discipline! As an assistant, that was my most important lesson.

It is my job to run the meeting, keep to the agenda, coordinate with other members of the leadership team to ensure they are all doing their part, and recruit new members to the group.
