Undertake weekly and monthly reporting to generate insights into customer lifecycle, including key trends, segmentation (right content, right audience, right time), performance metrics and optimisation recommendations. Gain a thorough understanding of our customer target groups and our proposition, and then implement email marketing campaigns to serve those segments across the email lifecycle. Work closely with social and digital marketing team members to drive and execute campaign strategy and measure campaign performance across multiple channels. Work closely with internal Tech team members (Product Manager, Front End and Back End Developers) to integrate CRM and website data collection and insights.
