      In this role, I held full responsibility for overseeing the strategic implementation of iManage document management software: successfully delivered in accordance with budgetary requirements and agreed timescales. With full oversight of the project, I was accountable for managing the budget and allocation of resources to ensure the alignment of project and commercial objectives. For instance, I played an integral role in sourcing and selecting a supplier and implementation partner; leading contract negotiations and ensuring that all risk was effectively managed. I also completed extensive business analysis to identify requirements and played an active role in influencing the product design by coordinating with and managing the supplier, external IT, the internal teams and stakeholders. As part of my remit, I also ensured compliance with all regulatory requirements, GPDR and organisational protocols by reviewing internal processes and implementing policy changes with key stakeholders. A critical component in the project’s success included maintaining open lines of communication with senior stakeholders and the firm; achieved by coordinating firm wide roadshows, regular Project Board meetings and an extensive communications campaign. Following the completion of extensive testing and the deployment of a pilot programme, a comprehensive training programme was delivered to facilitate the use of the iManage product across all business areas.
