I write this letter in very strong support of Mohammed C. Jamali’s application for employment to your organization. I first met Mohammad more than 2 years ago during summer of 2007 when I visited his lab at Jahli Clinic (Tawam Hospital) where he was supervising the internship training of two of our Chemistry students. I was immediately struck by Mr. Jamali’s professionalism and dedication to excellence as he showed the training program he had created for my two student trainees in his lab. This was dramatically different than what other student supervisors were doing in other training places, where the supervisors had made no such training programs and the whole training was being done on an ad-hoc basis. It was obvious that Mohammad was taking his job and responsibility very seriously and was enjoying this role of mentoring students. I would be further impressed during each of my subsequent visits when I would talk to the students to get some feedback – they would have nothing but glowing praises for Mr. Jamali’s dedication and mentoring. I distinctly remember one of the students telling me during one of the visits
Asad Usmani
Jamali is a good professional and a serious person. He is reliable and competent. I am positive that he can take that lead role in managing satellite labs efficiently. He is qualified and have enough experience to be a competitive candidate in the course of appointing a lead person. I am sure his current superiors will endorse his appointment,
