I built the capacity and capability of the recruitment team to ensure we're fit to meet the growing, changing demands of the studios we serve. My team grew to from 3 recruiters to 16 leads, recruiters, coordinators and talent sourcers across the US, Canada, India, Poland and the UK. In addition to this, we developed great campus recruitment programmes, alongside marketing we nurtured the studio brands externally, the recruitment brand internally and developed great reporting to enable the studios to make smart, data driven decisions.
