Luis has always been a pleasure to work with. His working style is unique in that he always is incredibly prepared. He's done the research, he's got a plan, and he has every detailed planned to make sure the work he's doing is impactful. He created the mentorship program at Topcoder that thrived under his guidance as well as many other great initiatives; all of which he did because he was passionate about the work he did. I don't think I'll ever have another job that won't include working with Luis in some way.

Luis has been instrumental in several programs I’ve led where he has brought critically thoughtful and empathetic UX design to the table. I just set him loose on key projects/goals and wait for the stellar results to come back. It has been a joy brainstorming and collaborating with this man, and I look forward to once again building something cool and innovative with him!
