  I was working on a project developing the Harvia Group Quality Management by identifying the best practices in process management and developing them through out the group. I was also identifying and developing potential synergy effects within the group. I worked in close cooperation with Harvia brands EOS and Sentiotec in Central Europe and Almost Heaven Saunas in the U.S.

  In projects I was responsible for leading the dewatering element engineering team to achieve the project objectives and for seamless cooperation between stakeholders.   My responsibility was the systematic development and monitoring of the quality in accordance with the principle of continuous improvement. At the core of quality development was the transition to process approach and engaging the entire organization to the development of the quality culture. I reported directly to the management team.

  I was responsible for the product development project for a new type of fabric insertion unit for paper machines. My duties included the overall management and organization of the project, 3D modeling of the device and the planning and implementation of the prototype device testing program in the pilot paper machine. I wrote my master’s thesis on this product development project in English.
