I have had the chance to work with Harsh and he was our Project Manager. He is an extremely focused, efficient and dynamic person who has the ability to look at multiple approaches to reach a common goal and work on the best one. Not only is he a great asset himself but one of his key expertise includes his perception of strength in people and distributing workloads based on his team member's strength which allows every team member to showcase the optimum output. However, he is also concerned about each member's growth and occasionally gives people tasks out of their comfort zone just to give them a taste of the experience and that has always resulted in positive growth. He has never given up on a member and helped everyone on the go by sharing some of the work burdens even if he doesn't have the upper hand on that work. I have never seen him take a day off work even when he is not at his best health. He always ends meetings with a positive note which keeps the team motivated and look forward to future interactions. On a personal level, he is really honest, caring, loves good humor and loves to give quality advice to his youngers. I am sure he will be an excellent addition to any team he works with and I wish him all the best for all his future endeavors.

Harsh is a capable project manager. He produces results because he is wise, pragmatic and experienced. For example, in terms of managing team members, he thinks of team dynamics and individual team member personalities. In addition, he is a technical project manager. He considers all of facets of the project management methodology / framework. He has set up a few tools for us, especially to aid in our virtual communication; and I have seen him do better critical path analysis than I have seen from most successful project managers I have known.
