Key Achievements • CGC was expanding in Colombia, and we were in the process of constructing several facilities for our operations. I drafted and translated Commercial Contracts Templates into English and Spanish, which were well received and utilized as templates for future similar contracts. • Due to advertising and marketing legislation in Latin America, my team led a Data Management Project to create Canopy Growth Corporation Websites in the region. • CGC expanded rapidly in Latin America, and my team developed an Entity Master Project that reflected the corporate governance of these legal entities in the region. This document allowed the legal and tax team to track the composition of the LATAM entities' capital share, their officers, signatory authorities, and general corporate and tax information. This legal document was used to fill out the Contract Approval Form since one of the requirements was to have the respective officer or manager's approval in the region.
