  Management of robotics, databases and projects. Laboratory work with proteins. Computer work using UNIX, PC and Mac operative systems. Biophysical characterisation of proteins, such as X-ray crystallography, DSF (Differential Scanning Fluorimetry) and DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering). Fragment based drug design using pymol, coot and Chemaxon software.

  My responsibilities included project managing, teaching and supervision of a student. The projects was trying to produce soluble Protein S constructs for structural analysis by X-ray crystallography. The methods used were cloning various constructs into eucaryotic cells, E. coli and mammalian cell expression, ELISA, SDS-PAGE and protein purification as well as protein crystallisation.
