As a solutions developer for Eagle Productivity Solutions I worked with pharmaceutical companies to design and develop interactive training sessions and reference materials focused on managing change, supporting vital initiatives, and deploying new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and business intelligence analytics systems. DESIGN ✔ Consulted with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop scenarios that participants agreed were relevant and focused on what they needed to do when back in the field. ✔ Designed and developed business intelligence analytics training that integrated system functionality training with building business acumen and strategic thinking. DEVELOPMENT ✔ Led team of writers, translators, graphic designers, and Flash programmers that developed 106 reference materials (quick reference cards, videos, and user guides) in both English and French (total 212) in 20 weeks, which led to fewer Help Desk calls than expected. ✔ Developed unique 1.5--2-day interactive instructor-led training sessions for three business units that received participant content score of 4.69 out of 5. ✔ Developed a 4 hour virtual instructor-led manager training module centered around coaching scenarios that received a participant content score of 4.67 out of 5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT ✔ Worked with client and CRM vendor to build training databases on tight timeline to provide participants with realistic interactive training. ✔ Reinforced stakeholder relationship by maintaining focus on training event as only one portion of client’s key business shift to customer-centered sales model. ✔ Planned, led, and monitored team efforts to project completion, coordinating development, internal reviews, client reviews, revision, and translation within assigned deadlines.
