I had the privilege of knowing and working with Louis during the transition of the Sales Audit team from San Diego, CA to San Antonio, TX. Louis's dedication to the team and to PETCO was clearly evident when he and his team provided procedures and training to the new team who were taking over THEIR positions. It moved me deeply how Louis did this with grace, passion for his work/company, and pride in the department he created. Louis availed himself to me and the new Sales Audit manager without condition. Louis was well-respected for his passion, knowledge, problem solving skills, analytical skills. and leadership - but most importantly, he made everyone feel that everything was going to be alright. I owe Louis Ditman for the jump start in my career at Petco.

Louis worked for me for about 2 years. He was a great manager of the people in his Sales Audit department. He is hard working, and has a get the job done attitude with results. Louis consistently met or beat our month end close deadlines. He stepped up to the plate and delivered when systems problems created customer service issues. He and his department went the extra mile to ensure our customers were taken care of and worked with our IT department and outside vendors to trouble shoot and mitigate the system problems.
