Sandesh is an incredibly hard working individual who is trustworthy, resilient, and motivated. While managing Sandesh, he was always proactive about seeking feedback and was quick to implement and grow his sales skillset. Sandesh did a phenomenal job managing his day and striving towards and past his quota each month. He was a critical part to our EMEA sales team success and would make a great addition to any sales team. While he was in an entry level role at Codility, he was very mature and did not let the little things distract him and take him away from his goals.
