I create and facilitate workshops around issues of diversity and inclusion, working closely with each organization to create dialogue that is relevant and useful to the specific needs of the group. Using theatre techniques, groups explore issues of racism, white privilege, gender equity, diversity and inclusion and more. Through the embodied learning process, groups use personal storytelling to practice potential solutions to community or workplace issues. Festival51 is an original works playwriting festival focused on cultivating women writers and directors. I am currently the Producer in charge of all aspects of the production, hiring of staff, fundraising, and curation of scripts.
