The more easy something for the end user, the more advanced the serving solution should be in the background. As the complexity increases, the previously self standing components need to work together on a carefully planned and excellently developed way, where even subtle decisions might have enormous effect on the end result. My job is simply to ensure that all the required parts are under control. Like: keeping the original aim, designing the solution (from business level requirements to parts of the technical design), managing unavoidable changes in affected systems, translating in between the project teams, etc. While participating in a PSD2 implementation project of a major Hungarian Bank, I was in charge for the solution design of the Open API application and for the continuous overview of the implementation. Meanwhile I have contributed to the Banking Group's own standardization initiative, translated the Berlin Group's API requirements to local plans and helped the team members with electronic certificates' and digital signatures' technical details.

Business line leader (2003-2007), Director (2007-2009), Senior consultant (2009-)Upon IBM's acquirement of PWC Consulting a small group of experts decided to quit and initiate FMC Consulting. In few years it became one of the three biggest business and IT consulting firm on the Hungarian market, specialized on (but not only) the financial sector. Finally FMC was acuqired by Ness Technologies, the biggest technology firm in Israel having global presence. While being business line leader and director I always worked in parallel streams: the one was related to the firm's internal processes, while the other to some kind of client engagements (projects). As a leader my role was to build up and manage the "IT solutions". According to the corporate strategy it meant both JAVA / .NET development, IBM MQSeries based integration, SAP integration technologies and some supplementary technologies upon request.Besides the corporate management tasks I always remain in practice, I joined to the company's projects as architect (integration, security, etc.), consultant (data migration, process analysis, etc.) or project manager (JAVA/J2EE based software development). After deciding to leave corporate management I continued to manage IT related projects. (e.g. Oracle based application integration; Corporate desktop replacement; Application development on J2EE platform)

I joined to PricewaterhouseCoopers' management consulting business line originally. Shortly than it was separated under the name "PWC Consulting" and finally acquired globally by IBM.Initially as a consultant I participated in several bidding procedures, mostly related to eBusiness / eCommerce / Digital Signatures. My special interest on Enterprise Application Integration enabled shorty to participate in several banking related projects (like SAP introduction, etc.)My most interesting engagment related to an eFront Office suite of a Hungarian Bank. I participated from the beginning as one of the business consultants planning the application; continued as a developer building some of the administrative functions; and finished as the professional project manager being responsible for the whole delivery.

Developer, Team Leader

Jun 1997 - Aug 2000
The firm extended its portfolio with an online store application and recognized soon the need for advenced security and online payments. I joined as a developer to the newly formed team heading to solve these needs. Our goal was to create a SETCo (upcoming secure payment standard that time) compliant payment application, more precisely its merchant module. My personal role was to understand DER and BER encoding rules; create JAVA classes to read, write and normalize such streams. As no flexible Certificate Authority solution available that time, the firm decided to build its own. I was selected to lead a team of developers aiming to create a PKCS compliant CA product.
