I worked with Grace to find a suitable apartment for us to lease in Toronto while we were in Ottawa and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did she take the time to visit every apartment we were interested in - she provided us with her honest feedback of the unit, the building and the neighborhood and provided us with photos and videos with all of the above. Grace was always very responsive, professional and knowledgeable and after multiple virtual showings and 3 offers, she found us our new home.
