I developed a prototype containing auto-resolution capabilities using Automation Tools (Python) and OCEANE Rest API’s, which would be self-healing, for resolving support Incidents reported in L1 NOC team. I did python scripting on pycharm using REST APIs and python modules as netmiko - to access the network routers and devices thereby automating the resolutions to the problems reported in L1 NOC team.
