      Prepare the equipment to perform line maintenance duties for all the flights during the day. Get to know in advance if any aircraft come with a maintenance issue, create a plan and evaluate possible solutions. Get informed of the time of arrival of aircraft(s) in order to position line maintenance truck and equipment close to the gate. Perform ETOPS transit check for aircraft: B-767, and B-777 as per DIR #’s 10034418, and 10002190 that includes: walk around the aircraft, servicing of all fluids up to specifications, check all tires for pressure, identify any maintenance messages on the display units, check technical report log book and cabin report log book for inbound aircraft items, identify previous aircraft items placed on MEL from both technical and cabin log books, identify items that are ETOPS and/or RVSM sensitive, identify items able to perform when the aircraft is on the ground, identify correctly the MEL to put the aircraft back to airworthy condition if an item is open and unable to work on the ground, review log book entry for open items prior to certification (Completion of ETOPS Transit check requires an authorized certified mechanic for aircraft), perform external walk around before push back. Assure to entry all log book items in the EWS system. Comply with all British Airways read and signs. Comply with all British Airways courses via online. Receive training from my Manager and experienced Engineers (on the job site), and record all of them on my personal experience log book.
