He also advises a number of clients, especially with respect to the manufacturing and healthcare industries, on antitrust issues related to mergers and acquisitions, including determining the applicability of the HSR Act and its related exemptions, preparing an antitrust merger strategy, ultimately filing an HSR premerger notification filing and dealing with the FTC and DOJ.
