      Tsinghua-Foxconn Nanotechnology Research Center, Tsinghua University● Developed ultrathin, flexible, lightweight, and all-solid-state paper-like energy storage sheet as next-generation power source for wearable/flexible electronics;● Researched flexible and binder-free electrode based on CNT paper for supercapacitors (polyaniline, MnO2, Co3O4, NiO) and Lithium-ion batteries (LiCoO2);● Proposed an approach to remarkably enhance thermoelectric performance by introducing low-dimensional CNT (30 nm core)/conducting polymer (100 nm shell) core/shell structure;● Invented a high-performance and easy-operable actuator with large bending actuation under a very low driving voltage (< 700 V/m) using super-aligned CNT sheets embedded in silicon-polymer matrix;● Fabricated CNT arrays on large-area Si wafer using CVD method and transformed it into various formations such as yarns, films, and sheets as freestanding template for compositing.The work is funded by National Basic Research Program (973 Program) of China and National Natural Science Foundation of China, and collaborated with Foxconn Technology Group.
