Michael has inspired & enable me as a teacher & a presenter since I first saw him present on blogging at an event at the British Council - this century?! His ideas and experiences continue to be relevant, reliable and really useful! I have worked with Michael as... a speaking examiner for Cambridge Assessment English publicity chair with JALT ...and have found those experiences thoroughly rewarding & enjoyable. And I avoid talking about...(ice) hockey & Americans & as much as possible with Michael. We share a healthy crossover of interest in music, though not jazz! Michael is a steadfast friend and confidant, a learned and principled teacher & person whose approval means an awful lot to me. Jim George
