Mitch's staff assisted me with the lease of two vehicles over 8 years. In both instances, Mitch assisted to close the agreement. Having shopped many dealerships, was impressed with how quickly and well he engaged with what I needed to make the experience not only respectful (still rare as a woman, having shopped other dealerships), but also efficient and personable. I've tried exploring other brands, and to be honest, Audi has not necessarily been on top - but it's been the experience of dealing with such professional and lovely people - both Mitch and the staff he oversaw, that made it an easy decision. Get the sense that success and strategy for Mitch goes well beyond a quick transaction, and is inspired from ethics and kindness.
