I had the pleasure of working directly with Alvaro Espín during his time at Bastet Biosystems. Alvaro is extremely organized and reliable. Alvaro can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. He is flexible and willing to work on any project that is assigned to him. Alvaro is also able to work efficiently with other co-workers and managing teams effectively, making him a great addition to the team. With his relentless motivation, his abilities, adaptability and dedication, Alvaro would bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to any company.

Alvaro is not just a great project manager, but a really good technician in everything related with physics and electronics. He is very logical and curious. Normally he is always thinking in how to improve himself and all around him. Furthermore, he is a good, right person and a trusted friend.
