As Dragon Program Manager, my main duty is leading and coordinating the multidisciplinary team across all the functions in the company to deliver the program within the scope of the contract in cost, time and quality. Reporting to the Program Director, and acting as his deputy, I work closely with the Chief Engineer, the Engineering Manager of the program, the Operations Manager, the SCM Manager and the Quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of the program within the planned scope, cost and time. The main target is to ensure all the areas work smoothly together, being able to deliver on time, cost and quality. My work to achieve our target is to lead and get the full commitment from the internal team to deliver a complex program with tight schedule and budget.I am the focal point with the external customer and the final user. My target is the full satisfaction of my customer achieving agreement in scope and delivery times which can satisfy their expectations and our internal constrains avoiding internal deviations.I work with the Program Office Team to coordinate the functions in the different work centres and areas and to monitor the progress, defining KPI and generating internal reports by using Business Intelligence tools and reports.

Directly reporting to the Engineering director, I lead the UK engineering team supporting all trials activities in the country. The UK trials team is composed by a multidisciplinar team of up to 15 people, including trials engineers, logistic support engineers and technicians.We are working in Verification and validation trials along with reliability growth trials. My target is leading the team to get its fully commitment to support all trials activities and incident resolution giving the best support to our customer. We work closely with the design office and the DRACAS team to give a prompt and accurate response to every incident that occurs during the trials execution.The trials team also work in the preparation of the vehicles and is the main contact with the customer and the final user of the vehicles, being the stakeholders management one of our main duties. WE work closely with our customer to define the scope and method of the trials, participating on the trials specification development and the TRR with the end user.
