Mark was a valued colleague during the time we were both employed by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (later Integrated Comp) and during that time and since I was continually impressed by his grasp of complex systems-oriented issues and more specifically their impact on business processes and end users. It is his ability to relate to non-IT professionals in a business context that I always found so valuable. He has a keen buisness intellect, developed over a number of years of varied experience, and I recommend him highly!
