Pioneered one of the first combined approaches to telecom infrastructure offering internet, TV and telephone services. Managing a very complex set of civil and technical works across the Island. Working to extremely stressed deadlines, successfully Project Managed the first and largest community based IP network in the Middle East with an $xxm Telecom Network Infrastructure investment and a $xxm Data Center and Business Continuity Project. Key tasks and highlights include: ** Built strong relations to ensure success with the licensing arrangement requirement for the regulating body for telecom all licenses granting including National Fixed, International, ISP and VAS as well as the effective resolution of any on-going issues. ** Managed the technical designs, bids evaluations, contract terms negotiation, project management, deployment and implementation includes the civil infrastructure. ** Built relations with the Island hotel and tenants on how to build a telecom infrastructure to serve guests.
