I had the opportunity to collaborate with Andrea on a software vendor selection in my position as Lead Product Manager, Data. There were market researchers on her Excelerate team that could benefit from a tool that I was looking at using in other parts of our mutual parent company (McClatchy). Andrea's ability to quickly assess a situation and see the ROI was particularly noteworthy. She had a vision for what she wanted her research team to be doing and how they should go about accomplishing it, and it was well ahead of where they were at that time. She could see the revenue opportunities and was willing to spend money to make money. On top of that, Andrea was incredibly busy, but always made time to talk to me about what needed to be done to finish the transaction. Andrea has been a great mentor and will always be an incredible Leader and Contributor to any team she is a part of.
