I have worked with Sofía for the last two years as Product Owners of the electronic banking system for Cash Management for the CIB customers of BBVA. As a Product Owner she has an honest and open approach to the team, always keeps the backlog clean and organized, and she is very knowledgeable of JIRA (and other tools) to manage and track the performance of the team. She is probably the person that I know that has better understood the Product Owner role and that better performs in that role. From listening to clients and the market to writing test cases and demo the product increments she masters the full spectrum of tasks of the role. To me, her best asset as a Product Owner is her passion and dedication organizing and taking care of the backlog.
