  Voor Wereldhave onderzoek ik het omni channel winkelgedrag van consumenten gedurende de diverse fases van het aankoopproces, dit onderzoek dient ter afronding van de opleiding Real Estate Management & Development. Het zijn turbulente tijden voor het winkelvastgoed, bezoekersaantallen dalen waardoor retailers moeite hebben hun winkels staande te houden. Daarnaast is de consument veranderd. De consument switcht voortdurend tussen verschillende kanalen gedurende de customer journey, smartphones en tablets prikkelen hen continue om producten te kopen. De rol van de winkel is veranderd. Kortom, de retail is dynamischer dan ooit. Het samenbrengen van deze dynamische retailmarkt met de statische vastgoedmarkt is een uitdagende en interessante opgave.Met deze Scriptie heb ik op 20 januari 2015 de Scriptiejaarprijs van de Nederlandse Raad van Winkelcentra gewonnen!   Voor stichting PIT heb ik namens het UCB onderzoek gedaan naar technisch talent. Bedrijven in de bouwtechniek wilden inzicht verkrijgen in de in en uitstroom van technische studenten op MBO, HBO en WO opleidingen. Kortom, dit rapport maakt duidelijk hoeveel studenten binnen de verschillende technische opleidingen worden opgeleid en wat de uitval is. Dit onderzoek heb ik uitgevoerd in samenwerking met Prof. ir.
