  'Fit with Apps & Wearables' is a book about getting fit in a smart way. I wrote this book because of the upcoming trend to use apps and wearables to live a healthier lifestyle, and to improve sports performance. In March 2015 I gave a book presentation at SXSW, a large technology festival in Austin, Texas. For this book I interviewed numerous athletes, health professionals, and quantified self experts.
