Gonny is the most sympathetic, impassioned and productive editor I've ever worked with.
Rob Snelders
I've worked with Gonny in our beloved CMG years. Gonny has proven to be an intelligent, passionate ICT professional who invested substantially in sharing her knowledge. She understands that sharing commences with giving and received a lot of grattitude and a broad network in return.

Founder of iCulture.nl, the largest Apple news site in The Netherlands and Belgium. With more than 2 million visitors per month, we're also one of the largest technology websites in the Benelux. I founded iCulture.nl in 2006 as a side project, when I was working fulltime as a magazine editor. Core values: independent (of Apple), reliable, strong journalistic values. We're not a fansite. Book author 'Fit with Apps & Wearables'
-
Sep 2014 - Dec 2017
'Fit with Apps & Wearables' is a book about getting fit in a smart way. I wrote this book because of the upcoming trend to use apps and wearables to live a healthier lifestyle, and to improve sports performance. In March 2015 I gave a book presentation at SXSW, a large technology festival in Austin, Texas. For this book I interviewed numerous athletes, health professionals, and quantified self experts. Business Consultant
-
Jul 1995 - Dec 2000
I worked as a business and management consultant, mainly in the financial industry. Clients included ING, Rabobank, Fortis and Royal (now Allianz). Specialized in artificial intelligence and knowledge management, e.g. application of neural networks for automated decision making. I was also project manager for complex IT projects with teams of max. 10 people, and was principal innovation consultant for knowledge management and projects. This company had a work hard, play hard mentality. I learned a lot about business values, sharing knowledge, and getting from 'good' to 'great'. Show less
