Rhythm Entertainment is a creative production agency. They specialise in producing innovative entertainment concepts commencing with music and theatre developing on to concerts and festivals. While I worked as a freelance video editor for Rhythm Entertainment I was working on Blaze. Blaze is an international streetdance show that showcases street dancers from all over the world and is choreographed by some of world’s best names in the street dance scene. I provided all of the online promo videos but also videos introducing the dancers, choreographers, set dressers and so on. Show less

Ikraal Video Productions is situated in the centre of Cape Town, South Africa. Ikraal produces corporate videos, tv commercials, television series and documents events. They commence from concept to final delivery. Including location scouting, casting models but mainly focusing on pre and post-production. My responsibility during this internship lay in editing corporate videos, behind the scenes videos and documents of events and special occasions. Making logo animations and moving graphics were also a big part of the job. I had the chance to experiment and so made a few short documentaries. Some of them were in co-production with an extern tour operator which provided local intel and information. During this internship I learned and mastered Final Cut Pro. Show less
