Bio
Tara Wilson
Chris is focused, strategic and a great communicator. As my director I found him a joy to work with, his style is supportive , collaborative and effective. We were a team all about achieving, smashing targets, providing solutions and going beyond. Chris created the space to allow for trying things out and learning from mistakes. You always know where you stand, if he doesn't know, he will say so and go and find out. Chris understands people and about creating a good workplace and team culture. I really enjoyed working for and with Chris and hope to do so again some day, although that would potentially make his Jaffa cake obsession worse :)
Jenny Breaker MSc
Chris is a natural leader, with enthusiasm, creativity and determination. As a manager he continually drives his team to achieve results. He is supportive, encouraging and motivating, while also being great fun to work with! Chris is adept at bringing people across departments together to work collaboratively for the benefit of the organisation, even in the most challenging of circumstances. His ability to think strategically internally and externally across the whole organisation makes him a valuable addition to a senior team. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Chris again.
