End to end brand management on facial skincare and hair care categories for a $30m natural brand within the Walgreens Boots Alliance portfolio. Due to my experience in both marketing and brand strategy within WBA I was offered the opportunity to move to this role to work on the strategic development of the Botanics brand and expansion in the USA. I lead multiple global NPD projects from ideation to delivery. I am responsible for analysing global market trends, scoping new concepts, developing a strong financial justification and obtaining senior stakeholder buy-in from across global markets. I also work with multiple suppliers and manage cross functional project teams including design agencies, formulation, packaging development and supply to deliver successful NPD projects that meet stretching forecasts and key category objectives all within budget and on time.Responsible for total product lifecycle management I regularly analyse product performance to manage the Botanics global portfolio. I identify opportunities to enhance current products, potential gaps in the portfolio and also discontinue products that are not working efficiently to deliver challenging financial targets for the brand. I work closely with the Consumer Insights team to ensure all NPD and marketing activity is relevant to the Botanics target consumer and concepts are validated by research before investing budget. I use in depth consumer research to inform future strategic planning for the brand and have also used focus groups in the UK and USA to test and refine marketing concepts and campaigns before implementation. I work with marketing teams to develop integrated global launch plans to achieve successful and profitable product launches across PR, digital, print and in-store. I also work with our internal communications team to ensure critical colleague engagement drives pre-launch excitement and excellent in-store execution, helping to achieve successful launches.

End to end Brand Management on Cosmetic and Indulgent Bathing categories for the largest brand in the Walgreens Boots Alliance portfolio and the UK’s largest beauty brand. My role expanded after four months from Indulgent Bathing to add an additional category managing major cosmetics projects as well. I lead multiple NPD projects from scoping to delivery. I was responsible for developing product concepts suitable for global launches and building a financial justification to obtain senior stakeholder support. I managed a cross functional team to deliver successful launches on a global scale on time and within budget. Role involved working with Consumer Insights teams within the UK and USA to analyse consumer purchase behaviour (particularly from loyalty cards), evaluate overall product performance, examine category trends and assess new channel opportunities to develop an inspired, customer focused NPD and marketing activation plan.I lead the development of strategic promotional activity in the form of Gifts with Purchases, a key performance driver for No7. I was responsible for developing the annual plan, the concept creation, developing the commercial business case, obtaining stakeholder support, briefing the design agency and liaising with cross functional project teams to ensure efficient project delivery is achieved.Developed a 360 Brand Activation plan for No7 Indulgent Bathing, with multiple new business initiatives sold in to senior management. This project had very limited budget so required innovative strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit to maximise digital and in-store opportunities to increase category performance.

was responsible for the creative development and execution of email and direct mail campaigns for Boots Opticians and Boots Healthcare. I implemented trials using the principals of Commitment Bias and Loss Aversion within the programme to generate an increase in the volume of eye health checks and optimised the validity length of offers to increase response and transaction value.I worked with the Partnership Marketing team to develop an efficient and effective supplier funded Email and Direct Mail process. This enabled the Loyalty Marketing and Partnership Marketing teams to deliver a significant increase in the number of campaigns, generating substantial revenue.
