Mike has been both my manager and we have been account executives together on the same team. Mike was meant to lead others. He makes work fun, brings passion and excitement to every interaction and has consistently been a high-performing individual. He takes critique and applies that to improve his management techniques and as an individual contribution. If you are a football fan, Mike is like the Quarterback that every player on the team wants to be around. He has the charisma, is a good story teller and puts in the work. I would highly recommend Mike because any organization would be lucky to have him as part of their team!

There are people you cross paths with throughout your career who you without question just click with. Mike Innis was one of those people to me throughout the years. Together we built a new acquisition office together, we took on huge projects and ambitious endeavors to drive the West Coast to where it needed to be and succeed. There would be nobody I'd rather work with than with Mike when it came to taking on new challenges, I love the guy for who he is and had the pleasure of getting to know him personally as well as professionally. Any organization that is fortunate to get Mike will succeed, he's a natural leader.
