I have worked with Khaled in one of our projects OGTP. For me Khaled had filled a gap in following up the contractual requirements and details running inside the project with BIM setup. In OGTP Khaled had improved the role of the BIM coordinators, defined the BIM scope with the consultant according to the contractual obligations. He had eliminated the work that was happening out of scope and that lead to a major improvement in our BIM team deliverables. He also helped in detecting the needs of our construction team and controls and accordingly he tolerated the process in a way that helped in getting the proper support for our control team. Khaled had also helped in improving our BIM coordination process especially with subcontractors, consultant and BIM authoring centers. this had lead to better communication channels in between the project team, BIM centers, Control corporate office and consultant.
