A quick run through several projects and results at Novakid.As a project manager1. Redesign of the teacher account and schedule management. 2 months, 10 people (5 backend developers, 3 front-end, 1 designer, 1 project manager). I led this project from the beginning to the final click on the "Closed" button in Jira. This is a huge library of successes as well as fails for me.As a result, our support workload decreased, because we have transferred several tasks from our support team to the teachers - they can now perform them on their own, from the account.2. Knowledge database for teachers. 1 month, 4 people (1 PM, 1 designer, 2 developers).Summary - a team of outsource developers had created a worpress and integrated it with our backend.Interesting challenge - login procedure. We had to come up with an unusual solution for logins not to make teachers remember different passwords, so they have access to it from the Novakid account.The result here is a decrease in questions from teachers to our support specialists and the average amount of time our team spends for answers - now, we could just share the link to a necessary page which can answer the question.As an analyst, I know basic SQL and python1. I solved the following problem - there was a discrepancy between the internal database and an external excel file with lists of users. I've made 2 sql queries and compared lists in pandas to find discrepancies and eliminate them.As a result, extra users in the database were archived and extra users in the spreadsheet were deleted, and everything was in order.Miscellaneous- I've edited and dubbed into russian several marketing videos- I conduct interviews (usually, I'm the second or third stage)- I answer a lot of colleagues' questions with SQL queries and always support my hypotheses and data

Optimized model release form - reduced amount of fillable fields from 24 to 6, which dramatically reduced the time it takes to fill them out during a session.2. Replaced MS Word release templates with fillable PDF forms, which can be completed in advance, meaning less possible mistakes in a document.3. Introduced and managed a Trello board for tracking projects and more efficient communication.
