I reported directly to Darrel during my time in the Application Suppport team at VOSS. I have been consistently impressed by both Darrel's attitude towards his work and his performance on the job. His interpersonal and communication skills allowed him to develop productive working relationships with both our customers and the support team. Darrel is very good at anticipating the needs of the team and works hard to fulfill those requirements. He also took an interest in my well-being and career development. I would definitely work with or for Darrel again.

Darrel is incredibly driven and truly leads by example. Darrel joined our department as QA Manager amidst the tension of a major release, quickly instilling within our team a sense of ownership, urgency, and a results-oriented approach that more than tripled the productivity of our team within his first month of leading us. Personally, while working under Darrel, I felt challenged, empowered to work independently and motivated to succeed. Darrel helped align my personal goals with that of the company's, and in doing so helped create a new role for me, making me a far more effective and directed resource, and gave me the sense that I added great value in the work that I did. I sincerely hope that I am afforded the opportunity to work with Darrel in the future, and would jump at the chance to be managed by him again.
