I write our proposals and manage the contracts for our public sector practice. I work on the business development in our government contracting and private equity practices. Secured our place on the GSA Schedule in 2010 and won our first federal contract 2011. We were the largest provider of executive search to the federal government in 2012 and 2013, and have continued to grow in the space through BPAs with the VA, Air Force Research Laboratory, Army/ Air Force Exchange Service, Navy, and FirstNet.Additionally, I am responsible for business development and search execution in our private sector search practice. Specialties include: Supermarkets, Retail, CPG, Private Equity, Manufacturing, Technology, and Industrial sectors. I have successfully conducted numerous assignments at the C-Suite to VP level across functions including: Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, as well as CEO and President.
