As a funding agency, I also provide consultation services as an external consultant to about 1000 community-based organizations and small businesses that we are contracted with to assist them in managing the change within their respective organizations. In providing consultation, I assess for, strategizes on and leads change initiatives with the stakeholders to ensure the success of the initiatives. In this position, I also foster collaborative partnerships between diverse key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that goals are met. Additionally, I create curriculum and facilitate trainings to enhance learning and development within the organization and across the community.
