Responsibilities included: • Manage and lead a lighting retrofit project with one of ESB SES’s larger customers from proposal stage to snagging. • Communicate with over 150 retail customers dealing with any questions or queries they might have. • Development and management of compelling customer propositions. • Liaise with suppliers ensuring the lighting specification meet the energy requirements of the customer. • Set up both customers and vendors on ESB’s system and also create purchase orders in order for payments to be possible. • Collaboration with ESB finance ensuring suppliers were paid on time and correctly. • Collaboration with ESB finance and Masterdata team to set new customers up on direct debit and bill plans for the agreed payback period. • Snagging stores to ensure that all works were carried out as stated on the lighting specification workbook and getting retailers to sign off on works. • Chase any outstanding monthly payments that customers have missed. • Design both ground mounted and rooftop Solar PV solutions from leads that have come from the sales team. • Extensively using the SRM System to create purchase orders for supplier payments.
