Molecular characterization of pediatric brainstem gliomas (DIPG) and identification of new therapeutic targets using gene extinction strategies • Successfully implemented the first high-throughput genetic screening analysis in DIPG with a lentiviral pooled library of 7450 shRNAs targeting 678 kinases • Designed and implemented new radiosensitivity assays that led to the characterization of TP53 role in DIPG stem cell models with proposition of new radiotherapy patients care • Strategic integration and interpretation of large data sets of preclinical and clinical genomic analysis (RNA-seq, Whole-Exome and Whole-Genome Sequencing) using MS Excel and R • Received 4 years of funding grant (88k€) from the Brazilian mobility program “Science without Borders” and preliminary results allowed to win a 15k€ funding grant from the Gustave Roussy Genomic Platform to perform transcriptome analysis by RNA-seq • Synthesis and dissemination of scientific results through reports, articles, weekly meetings, as well as in international conferences (France, U.S.A. and U.K.) • Training and management of 4 team members (technician and master’s internships) Show less
