I was responsible for all the various business units within ANZ Retail in the C.B.D. This included areas such as all branch activities, training, retail premises, staffing, frauds, losses as well as growth initiatives. As the Relationship Manager my role was to grow & manage a group of high net worth Business clients with larger business borrowing requirements. I regularly topped the Qld rankings with business written & growth of portfolio. As the Training Manager my role was to oversee, facilitate & manage the training & audit requirements of all staff in the North Coast Area of NSW which ran from Coffs Harbour in the South to the Qld border.
