  I’ve been employed with SilverChef Rentals for two years, in this customer focused role it’s essential to have out the box thinking and providing a solution for the customer with one call resolution and maintaining communication through many different departments within the business. Within my time at SilverChef I have learnt the Importance of good organizational and time management skills being available to assist in multiple different phone queues due my extensive product knowledge I was equipped to take a variety of calls inside and outside of designated department. I understand the Importance of being able to wrap up my call notes in a suitable time frame to take the next call.
