  In this position I act as a communications and administrative officer, functioning as the main point of contact for 40K community members, employees, clients, and upper management, continuously developing marketing strategies and initiatives to increase brand awareness while managing daily administrative responsibilities. Some of my accomplishments include: - Reworking Inclusion NWT’s website and led the development of marketing initiatives that gave way for effective rebranding. - Establishing working relationships with the NWT media, continuously cultivating them and gaining editorial plugs in radio and newspaper. - Developing community spaces and launching a job initiative for people who came to the program sober, providing them working opportunities including shoveling snow, lawn maintenance, and attending to the needs of seniors in the community.
