      AKADEMIYA2063 is a non-profit, research-based organization, with an overall mission to create, across Africa and led from Rwanda, state-of-the-art technical capacities to support the efforts by the Member States of the African Union to achieve the key goals of the Agenda 2063 through the provision of data analytics and mutual learning, thereby transforming national economies to boost growth and prosperity. In my two years as Program Assistant for the Department of External Relations at AKADEMIYA2063, I have: • developed and maintained four (4) databases, namely i) to track partnerships, ii) to maintain key mailing lists, ii) to track key global and continental events, and iv) to track key global and continental initiatives; • developed, drafted, and consistently disseminated two (2) sets of newsletters, namely i) a monthly internal Funding Opportunities newsletter, and ii) a bi-monthly Progress Updates newsletter for key partners/donors and the Board of Trustees; • supported the organization of several meetings, webinars, workshops, and conferences with various partners, including donors and collaborators, and prepared background materials and meeting minutes; • assisted with document proofreading and formatting; • assisted with data and literature searches; and • performed other duties as needed or required.       The Humanitarian Women's Network (HWN) is a global forum of 11,000+ female humanitarian and development professionals, providing them with a safe space to share resources and experiences, promote their personal side endeavors, as well as find mentors to help guide their professional careers. Successfully took initiative and accomplished a long-awaited (confidential) goal regarding membership that predecessors had not managed to resolve. 3. Successfully established and promoted a HWN Market Mondays platform for members to advertise their side-businesses. 4.
