I have found Daniel to be an exceptional marketing manager. He has strong communication skills and effectively communicates with clients and other colleagues within the organisation. He can observe objectively, research effectively, problem-solve, and process data to make the best decisions for the future, as dictated by the company's vision. Daniel can research the sectors targeted and gets to know the target company we want to be selling into, as well as the competition. He can set his own goals and reach them and understand the role of different marketing strategies we need, such as print advertising and public relations. A wonderful skill I have found Daniel to have is his ability to brainstorm ideas for new campaigns while coordinating with other team members, getting the additional bits of information we haven’t properly got across in our scene. Additional skills I have found Daniel has strong leadership, technical, organisational, communication, and creative skills. He has the uncanny ability to understand our buyers' needs.
